If your devices are rooted, you could use something like Titanium Backup to backup and restore apps & data from one device to the other. I don't know. That would have to be something with how VMware is detecting what Tools are installed. We are honestly lucky it still works. The people who actually built the logic in the unlocker tool have dropped out of the project. Those of us working on it now are able to make small tweaks, but not huge changes.

I leave my macOS VM running all of the time (basically using it mostly as a very heavy iMessage client). This has been stable for me for... years. Since upgrading to VMware 16.1.0 (and re-running the unlocker), I am experiencing the host freezing up from time to time. It's a full freeze (no response from keyboard/mouse, have to power off the system). It's happened twice in three days. I can't think of anything that I have changed recently other than the VMware update and I am rolling back to 16.0 to see if that makes a difference, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar?

For some reason the fps unlocker only gives me 60-65 fps max and it does literally nothing for me. If I try going on even half graphics it dips to 35, and I already did all the windows settings tricks and everything and still no difference really

I recently purchased a SanDisk 2TB Extreme PRO Portable External SSD. It came with security software which I installed without really thinking. It created a virtual CD Drive which has only read permissions used to unlock the drive before using it. I switched the Drive Letter of the Virtual CD (originally D:) with the Drive Letter of the external SSD(originally F:) so that the external SSD would appear higher in file explorer.

After realizing it would require me to enter a password in every time my computer restarts I decided to try and uninstall the SanDisk unlocker. I believe that because I switched the Drive Letters when I went into

Setting > Apps and used that to uninstall the software it did not actually remove the unlocker. Currently, anytime I restart my computer I have to run a pointless exe file located on the virtual CD that does not require a password in order for me to have access to my drive.
