LFE AI USA (“the App”) is an independent lottery information, number analysis, and number generation application.
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how it is used, and how it is stored.
1. Personal Information
LFE AI USA does not require account registration or login.
The App does not intentionally collect or request personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, home address, date of birth, contacts, or financial account information.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
Saved lottery number selections
Powerball and Mega Millions number settings
Number-generation preferences
Alert preferences and jackpot threshold settings
This information is stored locally using device storage and is not uploaded to an LFE AI USA server.
Local information can be removed by deleting saved selections, resetting applicable settings, clearing the App's data, or uninstalling the App.
3. Internet Access and Public Lottery Data
LFE AI USA uses an internet connection to retrieve publicly available lottery information, including winning numbers and jackpot information.
The App may connect to services operated by:
NY Open Data
Powerball.com
MegaMillions.com
Texas Lottery
These connections are used only to retrieve public lottery information.
LFE AI USA does not intentionally send your saved lottery numbers, number settings, alert preferences, or other user-entered lottery selections to these services.
As with normal internet communications, external websites or services may automatically receive technical network information such as an IP address when a connection is made. Their handling of such information is governed by their own privacy policies and practices.
4. Advertising
The current version of LFE AI USA does not contain third-party advertising SDKs and does not use Advertising ID for advertising purposes.
5. Analytics and Crash Reporting
The current version of the App does not use third-party analytics services, Firebase Analytics, or Crashlytics.
6. Location Information
LFE AI USA does not request device location permission and does not intentionally collect GPS or precise location information.
7. Camera, Photos, and Ticket Scanning
The current version of LFE AI USA does not access your camera or photo library and does not upload ticket images.
Ticket checking is currently performed using manually entered lottery numbers.
8. Payments
The current version of LFE AI USA does not collect payment or financial information and does not currently include an in-app purchase or subscription system.
9. Notifications
Alert preferences may be saved locally on your device. The current version does not collect push notification tokens or transmit alert preferences to an LFE AI USA server.
10. Data Sharing
LFE AI USA does not operate a user-account database and does not intentionally sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Public lottery data requests are made to the external services described above.
11. Children's Privacy
LFE AI USA is not designed to collect personal information from children. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Lottery participation is subject to the applicable minimum age and laws of the user's jurisdiction.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
LFE AI USA does not currently maintain a server-side database containing user accounts or personal user information.
Information stored locally by the App remains on your device until you delete it, reset the relevant feature, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
13. Independent Application Disclaimer
LFE AI USA is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Powerball, Mega Millions, MUSL, or any state lottery.
The App does not sell lottery tickets, accept wagers, process lottery purchases, or pay prizes.
Statistical analysis, historical information, and generated number selections do not guarantee winning results or increase the mathematical odds of winning a lottery drawing.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when App features or data practices change. Any revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
