1. How the Legal Framework in India has been affected by the COVID-19 Crisis by Mr. Kaustav Ghosh
Mr. Kaustuv Ghosh is a practicing Advocate at the High Court of Calcutta. He completed his LLM from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2018. He completed certificate course on IPR and Competition Law from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Rights, IIT Kharagpur. He is Committee Member of American Bankruptcy Institution, Alexandria, U.S.A. He is also the member of Board of Reviewers of International Journal of Transitional Justice, Oxford University Press. He also acts as a Panelist for Academic Panel and Co- Creation Panel of Cambridge University Press.
2. Legal Blogging- Everything You Need to Know to Be a Blogger by Ms. Anjali Tripathi
Ms. Anjali Tripathi has been blogging with one of the India’s best blogs for about 2 years. Apart from that, she is a seasoned writer and Editor at Lex Jura Law Journal. She also heads the social media department of Lex Jura Law Journal and is very well-versed with the tricks of social media marketing. Her insightful experience and knowledge in the field of blogging will help the attendees in enriching their knowledge.
3. Understanding RTI as an important tool for the society by Mr. Anurag Anand
Mr. Anurag Anand is an RTI activist who has filed various RTIs on some very important topics. He has keen knowledge of the nuisances of filing an RTI and working on the information received. He works extensively to research on the topics for which RTIs are filed and will be sharing his experiences with the attendees to help them grow. The session will make attendees aware of everything from filing the RTI application with appropriate authority to obtaining information and then using that for further processing and use.

People from any background and engaged in any field may apply.
