Defying Gravity: Michele Levi's webpage

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher working in the preQFT group as part of the String Theory and QFT group at the Institute of Theoretical Physics (IPhT) of CEA Saclay and Universite Paris-Saclay.

Much of my research is driven by realizing the potential of invoking high precision computation within Quantum Field Theory (QFT), which is a natural framework describing particle physics at small scales, but actually provides a universal framework to describe an unprecedented scope of physical phenomena. This kind of research goes hand in hand with making conceptual advances with a variety of implications for theoretical physics. I expect that this will lead towards resolving some of the formidable fundamental puzzles we currently face.

My research approach is thus interdisciplinary and driven by experiment, and my research spans Gravity, QFT, Particle Physics, and Cosmology, with a keen focus on combining QFTs and Gravity. More specifically, my research is outlined in my dedicated research page.
