Paulina Nottingham

Paulina Nottingham is a former Division II collegiate setter and experienced coach with over 20 years of playing and coaching experience. A four-year starting setter at West Virginia Wesleyan College, she finished her career with over 2,500 assists and consistently ranked in the top five on her team in assists, aces, and digs all four years. From her sophomore through senior seasons, she led her team in both assists and aces, while also serving as team and floor captain. 

Paulina has coached at the collegiate, high school, and national club levels, including two years as a volunteer assistant coach at Fairmont State University and five years at the club level, three of those years as a head coach of national-level teams from 16s-18s. As the current Uniontown Area High School (PA) Varsity Head Coach, she has turned the program around from a 2-15 record to a winning record of 10-7 in her first season. 

Her primary expertise is in setting and serving, where she focuses on technique, consistency, and the athlete’s confidence. She offers private lessons for athletes of all levels, ages, and positions, helping players develop their skills, improve game IQ, and compete at a higher level!
