Terms & Conditions – Level Up Media
1. General
1.1. By engaging with Level Up Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. Level Up Media reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services
2.1. Level Up Media provides digital content creation, including but not limited to social media posts, event coverage, stylized product photography, and print-ready designs.
2.2. All services are provided as described in the project brief or agreed-upon contract. Any additional services requested may incur additional fees.
2.3. Turnaround times are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, and other factors.
3. Payments & Pricing
3.1. Payment is accepted via cash or PayPal only.
3.2. A 50% deposit of the total order value is required before work commences.
3.3. For hourly rate work, a minimum of 4 hours must be paid up front.
3.4. Full payment is due upon approval of the final proof. No content will be delivered until payment is received in full.
3.5. Payment must be made within 24 hours of proof approval. Delays in payment may result in project delivery being postponed.
3.6. Promotions and discounts are limited-time offers and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1. Cancellations made after project initiation may result in the loss of the deposit or partial charges based on work completed.
4.2. No refunds are offered, and the purchase is final once the project has started.
4.3. If the client is not satisfied with the work produced or if we cannot agree on a final design, the deposit will be kept to cover time spent on the project. The remaining balance of the fee may be forfeited, at the discretion of Level Up Media.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content created by Level Up Media remains the intellectual property of Level Up Media until full payment is received.
5.2. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the content for their intended purpose. Level Up Media reserves the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
5.3. Clients are responsible for securing any necessary licenses, copyrights, or permissions for third-party assets used in their projects.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. Clients must provide all necessary materials, assets, and information required to complete the project. Delays in providing these materials may result in project delays.
6.2. Final approval from the client must be received before the delivery of the final product. Any revisions requested after approval may incur additional charges.
6.3. Clients are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all content before final approval.
7. Revisions & Edits
7.1. Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the project brief. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.
7.2. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the draft or final product.
8. Liability
8.1. Level Up Media is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
8.2. Clients assume full responsibility for how the content is used and distributed.
8.3. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and quality, Level Up Media is not responsible for errors found after client approval.
9. Promotions & Discounts
9.1. 20% Product Photo Shoot Offer – A maximum saving of £30 applies to the £150 photo shoot option.
9.2. Discounts cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
9.3. Level Up Media reserves the right to end or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.
9.4. Promotional offers are subject to availability and valid for a limited period.
10. Confidentiality
10.1. Level Up Media respects the confidentiality of client information and project details.
10.2. Any confidential information shared with Level Up Media will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s written consent.
