Levain is designed as a local-first application. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, photos, or journal entries to external servers. All data you enter (including photos of your starters and bakes) is stored locally on your device.
2. Permissions
Camera & Photos: We request access to your camera and photo gallery solely to allow you to attach images to your starter profiles and bake logs. These images remain on your device.
Notifications: We request permission to send local notifications to remind you of feeding schedules.
3. Third-Party Services
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services.
