By downloading and playing Letter Monster (the "Game"), you agree to the following terms and our privacy practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Protecting the privacy of our users, especially children, is our highest priority. The Game is designed for a general audience, including children, and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.
No Personal Data Collection: We do not independently collect, store, or require any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers to play the Game.
Third-Party Advertising: The Game is free to play and is supported by in-game advertising.
Anonymous Identifiers: While we do not collect personal data, our third-party ad networks may collect non-identifiable information, such as device identifiers or IP addresses, strictly to provide contextually appropriate ads and for internal operations (such as frequency capping or fraud prevention). These networks are prohibited from serving personalized or interest-based (behavioral) advertising to users.
All content, graphics, and mechanics within Letter Monster are the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to play the Game. You may not modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or assets of the Game without explicit permission.
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Game.
These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify this document at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy within the app or on its associated store listing page.
