You know this one. Burning fossil fuels like coal and oil releases carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

The majority of emissions in this sector come from cars, depending on where you live. Cars burn gasoline, and release carbon dioxide.

This one is often overlooked. Meat production is extremely water and energy inefficient. Beef particularly, contributes a LOT to global emissions. 

Again, you probably have heard this before. Wind, solar, and hydropower don't produce any emissions, and they are renewable sources, meaning they won't be depleted, unlike fossil fuels.

Not electric cars? Really? Yes. EVs are a step in the right direction, but they are still cars, which are space and energy inefficient, meaning more emissions. What we really need is quality, electric, public transit.

Stepping away from meat is the step in the right direction. Plant based foods require fewer resources, space, and emissions to produce. Regenerative agriculture is still essential to ensure we reduce agriculture related emissions.
