leptoconnect well um but then in addition to here yeah my favorite thing is avocado avocado is healthy fats good fats and you just take a hard- I won't go about that way and I haven't gone back about that way and I think having those short goals has been really the thing that has really really helped me but then my next tip is accountability and being helpful for me I know it's not for everyone but I think it could be the most effective thing for a lot of people right right I think and and of course you'll get to a point where like right now I've been all talking about that in a second but yes I just think having that as a daily daily measure of success is really helpful for me and it might be for you too and so what I do is my weight chart I have I record my weight on Tuesdays and Fridays so I don't record it seven days a week because that could be a little bit crazy but on Tuesdays
leptoconnect buy the back of my mind and keep you know it just helps to keep me going and keep me motivated one way or another if I'm up a little bit I'm motivated to eat better that day if I'm down a little bit I'm motivated to eat better because oh my god I just lost another pound a minute exactly what I did yesterday and hopefully be down again um so accountable to yourself or someone else and that's the other thing that has been so helpful this time my husband and I kind of started on this weight-loss journey with another couple and we had a text thread and every single day we all told what our weight was and I had to be really honest and tell these two people who are my friends exactly how much I weighed and it was scary at first and hearing him now like sharing with the world like I don't I don't care anymore because it's like if someone
leptoconnect review record it the other days I'm just like oh I'm I'm up point to countering down a half a pound and I just keep it in doesn't like me because I weigh over 200 pounds or over 230 pounds like then they don't need to be my friend and I don't care and so I just have gotten to a point where I'm so open and honest that it didn't matter but what happened was I was accountable every single day and these other three people we're gonna see what I did and what I weighed and it was motivating and we would lift each other up and we would encourage each other and that was really really helpful we're and now I'm doing it those friends have pretty much hit their weight-loss goals they weren't they didn't have as much to lose as my husband and I and so we don't check in with them as much but I have other friends I check in with and anyway so accountability for me is huge and just being honest about your weight um there are so many great questions
