Lindell: "I want to come across as an average guy, talking to his neighbor."
Lindell: "I live in the same town I grew up in and all my kids have worked for me and now, I have grandkids and now, it's amazing. They came through. They all played a part in my business and that's pretty amazing."
Lindell: "I'm a businessman. I never knew anything about politics. I know what's right, what's wrong and what's working."
Lindell: "I'm going to do what God wants me to do."
Lindell: "I just see things that are so poorly run, and they could be done a lot better. It might come down to, 'if you want something done right, do it yourself.'"
Lindell: "When I put my credibility behind someone, or anything - even if it's a product - to me, it has to help people."
Lindell: "I enjoy it. I don't run from it. I like talking to people."
Lindell: "I always had the dream of doing a 'real' infomercial because I had done smaller home shows and fairs. Everyone said it wasn't going to work. 'You need a movie star,' they said. But I wanted to do it myself because I'm selling the passion - there is a problem and I have a solution - that had resonated well with people."
Lindell: "All of my employees have passion, the philosophy of caring about the customer as an individual customer."
Lindell: "I've been on TV so much, and I think people like the message I give out, that MyPillow is just a platform for God, and it helps so many people."
Lindell: "I can't help that we help people so much."
Lindell: "I stand firm in what I believe in."
Lindell: "I want 100 percent of customers to like MyPillow and 100 percent of people to be taken care of. If you help someone, they tell two people, they tell 20 people, they tell 200 people, and the money takes care of itself."
Lindell: "There are bad people in all walks of life, including police."
Lindell: "I can go to sleep when my head hits the pillow. When I get phone calls from my factory in the middle of the night, I can go right back to sleep on a dime."
Lindell: "If you make every pillow like it's your only pillow, and every customer like it's your only customer, I mean, that's an amazing concept."
Lindell: "Business owners are responsible for themselves."
Lindell: "There is so many good ideas that are left on the shelf of people going, 'I've kind of great idea, but I just - I'm afraid.' Out of fear. Fear blocks all of that it's a false fear."
Lindell: "I didn't have that when I invented MyPillow. I didn't have a safety net."
Lindell: "We take such good care of our employees. What I do is think about what I would want my employer to be like. We started helping our employees with every facet of their lives, and our HR problems went from A to Z in reverse."
Lindell: "Well, you know, I've always been an entrepreneur. I've had it out of necessity."
