Roberts: "I think it's important to have as many experiences as possible in life because one day you won't be able to do it anymore."
Roberts: "If there wasn't mystery, people wouldn't have anything to ponder. If you already knew everything, you wouldn't have anything to think about and life would just be really boring."
Roberts: "I want to constantly be surprising people with different roles."
Roberts: "It's always great when a director is just supportive of what you're doing. They're not so much critiquing you but giving you more ideas, giving you tons of things to work with, making you question your character and making you think about it... and making it seem like everything is limitless. That usually helps a lot."
Roberts: "I read a book a week. I try to keep my mind working."
Roberts: "I've always wanted to get into acting, ever since I was younger. I'd put on shows for my family and run around play dress-up all the time. I think I was 4 when I told them I wanted to do movies."
Roberts: "I'm very outgoing and social."
Roberts: "I just never have really been the kind of person that's out in public being inappropriate, I guess. I like to have fun as much as the next person but I tend to do it in private and just hang out with close friends. If I'm going to go out, I'll just do it with my really good friends."
Roberts: "I'm impatient."
Roberts: "I like to go to parties if I know who's going to be there, and if it's people I want to be with. I don't just go to go. And I always drive myself, because I hate being stuck places - there's nothing worse that going out and then being stuck!"
Roberts: "I'm a really picky eater."
Roberts: "Studio films are really fun. You have months and months to shoot. With the smaller films you get to be on a much more intimate set and have to get things done quickly."
Roberts: "For me, when I read a book, I'm very much about detail."
Roberts: "I'd love to maybe try writing. I don't know if I'd publish anything, but as a hobby, it's really nice. I bought a typewriter, and I really like to write on the typewriter sometimes. It's a fun little hobby."
Roberts: "I don't think I'd be a very good talk show host. I mean, I'm very talkative but I don't know if I could do that all the time."
Roberts: "I just feel like with independent movies... they're really free to do whatever they want. They're not afraid to make a statement about anything, and there's not a huge studio behind them making sure that everything is wholesome and politically correct and all that."
Roberts: "I love to just work with new people in general. It's always really fun."
