Bell: "I like to play music and sleep. But most of all, I love to work... I don't really play sports, so I like to spend my time playing guitar or piano."

Bell: "I'm very close with my fans. I'm very involved with my fans, so I've seen the influence that I can have on a child or on the mind of somebody."

Bell: "A lot of who I am is in the work I do."

Bell: "We're going to be human, and we are going to make mistakes, but you really should understand the power that you have and embrace it in a positive way."

Bell: "I like to get up early in the morning and run."

Bell: "My fans are all pretty cool, you know; I've never really seen anybody fighting on Twitter, no death threats, no harsh language, no gay slurs, nothing like that."

Bell: "I love acting, but music is so much more rewarding because it's more personal."

Bell: "I'm all about unity and loving your neighbor... If somebody told me when I was growing up that the music I was listening to was stupid, and I listened to them, I wouldn't be where I am today."

Bell: "I think my music speaks for itself - it backs me up."

Bell: "If I catch one of my fans saying something improper, a gay slur or any derogatory term, I instantly tweet directly at them and say, 'This isn't how we do it.'"

Bell: "When I picked up the guitar for the first time, it opened up a whole new world for me. I became obsessed with writing and playing."

Bell: "I would rather be on stage playing to 25 people with a band I love and the music I love than learning dance moves I don't want to do for 25,000 people."

Bell: "I wake up in the morning, walk downstairs, and just bang on the piano and write about what's going on in the world around me."

Bell: "I really like Caravan Palace's electro swing stuff. They incorporate the electronic, but when you see them live, they're all on stage playing live music. They're all playing their instruments. They drop these beats with the DJs that are so incredible."

Bell: "With a good melody... music gets me through everything."

Bell: "I love the atmosphere at the mall - everything about Christmas. I don't think anything specific gets me in the holiday spirit except for the holidays themselves."

Bell: "I don't eat sushi, but I eat cooked meat."
