Always follow the child's established diabetes care plan and guidance from their healthcare team. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Troubleshooting & Frequently Asked Questions
The app isn't opening or responding.
Close Lenny completely and reopen the app. If the problem continues, restart your iPhone or iPad and try again.
Will my progress be saved?
Lenny: Type 1 Adventures stores Version 1 progress and family-entered information locally on the device. Deleting the app may remove locally stored information.
Does Lenny connect to my CGM or insulin pump?
No. The current version of Lenny does not connect to, control, or obtain readings from CGMs, insulin pumps, or other medical devices.
Does Lenny calculate insulin doses?
No. Lenny does not calculate or recommend insulin doses, correction factors, glucose targets, or individualized treatment.
Where can parents manage the child's experience?
Open Parents' Corner inside the app to access family-controlled settings, preparedness information, privacy choices, progress information, and family-entered emergency information.
How do I report a problem or suggest an improvement?
Email lennytype1support@proton.me. Please do not send passwords, glucose records, insulin doses, or other private medical information.
