Invoices are done every first week of the month. Depending on which country you are located, we use various payment platforms such as Wise, Tipalti, Airwallex, etc. We also need you to have your own account, as we do not release the pay if it’s not under your name.
Yes, there will be training on the job, which counts as working hours. The training is limited to 25 hours per week and the first training module takes 4 weeks.
Potentially, yes. Since we are also performance-based, advancements are based on how well you work.
It will vary on the set training date. We do give a heads-up and provide further instructions weeks before the training.
This position may not be in line with your hours. It has been made known that you need to render more than 30 hours per week, so if it's unattainable, this may not be in your best interest.
You can work at any time of the day, whichever is convenient for you. However, we would advise you to work more on weekdays rather than weekends. More than 30h/w are the goal.
