LeisureNook ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the LeisureNook mobile application (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Local Data (Stored on Your Device)
Most data stays on your device and is not uploaded unless you choose to share it. This includes:
Game progress, scores, and level completion
Achievements, missions, and daily challenge status
Play history and gameplay statistics
App settings (sound, haptics, display, controls)
Login streak and local profile data
Global Leaderboard Data (Optional — Only With Your Consent)
If you explicitly opt in to Leaderboard Sharing, we collect and upload:
Your total score
A display label shown as "You" on the global Score Leaderboard
We do not upload your score unless you agree via the in-app consent prompt or enable Leaderboard Sharing in Settings.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not intentionally collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to:
Operate the App and its games
Save progress and preferences on your device
Display statistics, history, and achievements
Operate the optional global Score Leaderboard (only if you opt in)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
With your consent: If you enable Leaderboard Sharing, your total score is uploaded to LeisureNook servers and shown on the global Score Leaderboard.
Service providers: We may use standard cloud infrastructure (such as Apple iCloud/CloudKit) to support app services.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Your Choices and Controls
Enable or disable Leaderboard Sharing anytime in Settings
Choose Agree & Share or Not Now when first opening the Score Leaderboard
Reset individual game progress or clear all data in Settings
Uninstall the App to remove locally stored data from your device
5. Children's Privacy
LeisureNook is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
