I am a new student. Where can I see my BBL credentials?
o Your BBL credentials, including your username and password, will be sent to your OneMCL email account, so make sure you have access to it.
· I received my credentials, but it is not working. What should I do?
o If your BBL credentials are not working, first, check with your enrollment status with the Treasury office first and make sure you are officially enrolled. If you paid your enrollment fee using online payment, it may take 3-5 business days to be processed and reflected in the system. Only then can you access your BBL account.
