Join the 2025 Summer Session of Legion Track Club to learn advanced principles of acceleration, top speed mechanics, speed maintenance and endurance.
2 evenings a week from July 14th – August 7th, athletes from a variety of sport backgrounds are invited to train with our Elite athletes at Shenendehowa HS to develop one of the most fundamentally important skills in sport: SPEED.
Highlights Include:
· Form analysis and drills to improve starts, stride length, stride frequency and sprint posture.
· Speed & conditioning workouts for athletes entering a fall sport.
· Flexibility, mobility and injury prevention exercises that can be used YEAR ROUND.
· Meet opportunities to test speed and endurance.
· Skill development in the hurdles and sprint relays.

$125 per athlete + $20 USATF Membership
