Kongelatumos

Kongelatumos is the embodiment of the Heat Death of the Universe - otherwise known as the Big Freeze. Its presence alone corrupts universes.

In basic terms, the Big Freeze is considered to be the most likely ultimate fate of the universe. It is caused due to the universe reaching a state of maximum entropy, with no more energy left to increase the entropy due to all matter being evenly distributed throughout the universe. This means nothing in the universe can interact with each other, so there is no way for new information to come about - including life. Essentially, all activity in the universe stops, and the universe is "frozen". Kongelatumos is the one who causes this phenomenon.

Kongelatumos does not manifest itself in a physical form. Rather, it is more of an abstract, intangible entity; a cosmic force. As soon as the universe exists, Kongelatumos comes to life, ripping pieces of matter further and further apart from each other until all that is left is pure chaos. Due to its omnipresence within the universe, it is able to tear it apart from all directions at every possible point in the expanse (however, it is feebleminded and cannot focus on more than a few things at once). Kongelatumos is messy with its work; it seizes anything it can and wrestles with it until it gets bored and moves on to something else. However, all of this happens in less than a Planck time, a testament to its speediness. During this time, the increase in entropy results in lasting, cascading effects on the universe. All forms of life come and go as time passes by.

As powerful entities clash for control over the universe, Kongelatumos establishes its dominance in the background, slowly taking over until the universe is inevitably consumed in its cold darkness. After its ultimate purpose his completed, it remains content residing in the now lifeless expanse that was once the universe. The end is inescapable, and no entity in the universe can stop Kongelatumos from satisfying its hunger and fulfilling what was already predestined.
