Galaxy Filament

A galaxy filament is a massive web-like cosmic structure that is composed of superclusters. Galaxy filaments are the largest structures in our universe, and contain the vast majority of galaxies in the universe, with the only exceptions being galaxies found in the Universe Void. Galaxy filaments are contained within the universe.
