- Terms & Conditions
Scope of Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions related to the sale of digital music beats (hereinafter referred to as "Beats") by Achilleas Sarakatsanis (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"). By purchasing a Beat, the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") agrees to these terms.
Licensing & Usage Rights:
The Customer receives a non-exclusive / exclusive license to use the Beat as described in the purchase agreement.
The Beat may not be resold, sublicensed, or distributed to third parties without explicit permission.
The Customer must provide credit: "Prod. by achilles" in the title or description when using the Beat publicly.
Refund Policy & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights:
As the Beats are digital products, no refunds can be issued after delivery.
By purchasing, the Customer explicitly consents to the delivery of the digital file and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB).
Liability & Indemnification:
The Seller is not responsible for how the Beat is used by the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for how the Beat complies with copyright laws and platform policies.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by German law.
- Privacy Policy
The Seller processes personal data (such as name, email, and payment details) only for order fulfillment.
Customer data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.
Customers can request data deletion at any time by contacting the Seller.
