It's been years since the Burnin' Rubber Circuit has been touched. Nobody's been racing, nobody's been fighting, all because of the Police Force taking away almost everything in order to build the new Crusher. In order to fight the Crusher, you will have to race 36 races and 1 special race with 35 vehicles and 2 special vehicles to use for the end.
