Bridge the gap between movement and stillness. This practice begins with gentle, mindful movement to awaken the joints, release trapped energy, and prepare the physical body for rest. Transitioning into stillness, you will be guided into Yoga Nidra - a state of conscious sleep between waking and dreaming.
Through systematic relaxation and breath awareness, you will plant the seeds of your personal intention (Sankalpa) deep into the subconscious mind. Come to this class to retreat from the noise of daily life and find a sense of restorative peace in your body and mind.
This is a donation-based offering — come as you are, pay what you can. All are welcome.
