About HIBS Lab
Our lab studies the theory, methodology, and applications of Bayesian statistics, with a focus on high-dimensional and structured data. We aim to develop principled methods with theoretical guarantees while remaining scalable to large and complex datasets. Current topics include Bayesian change point detection, transfer learning, and graphical models in high-dimensional settings.
We are always looking for motivated students interested in Bayesian statistics and high-dimensional inference. Please feel free to reach out anytime.
About Me (Kyoungjae Lee)
I am an associate professor in the Department of Statistics at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU). Before joining SKKU, I was an assistant professor in the Department of Statistics at Inha University.
I was a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics at The University of Notre Dame, working with Prof. Lizhen Lin.
