LedgerX Pro is an accounting, billing, inventory, and business management app for small business owners.
Information We Collect
LedgerX Pro may collect and store the following information:
- Google Sign-In account information such as name, email address, and user ID
- Business details entered by the user
- Customer, supplier, invoice, billing, inventory, staff, and accounting records
- App usage and device information required for app performance, security, ads, and analytics
- Payment or subscription status handled through Google Play Billing
How We Use Information
We use the information only to:
- Provide accounting, billing, inventory, and reporting features
- Save and sync business data securely
- Allow business owners to manage staff access
- Improve app performance and fix issues
- Show ads or manage subscriptions
- Protect user accounts and prevent misuse
Data Storage and Security
User data is stored securely using Firebase/Google cloud services. We use reasonable security measures to protect user data. Data is transmitted using secure connections where applicable.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data.
Data may be processed by trusted third-party services used by the app, including:
- Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication, database, storage, and app services
- Google AdMob for advertisements
- Google Play Billing for subscriptions or purchases
- Analytics or crash reporting services if used in the app
These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Staff Access
Business owners may add staff users by Firebase user ID or similar access method. The business owner is responsible for managing staff access. Staff access can be removed by the business owner at any time.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep user data as long as needed to provide app features. Users may request account or data deletion by contacting us. After receiving a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the user data where legally and technically possible.
Children’s Privacy
LedgerX Pro is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
User Rights
Users may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
