LedgerBook ("we", "our", or "us") operates the LedgerBook mobile application (com.damla.ledgerbook). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
1. Information Collection and Use
LedgerBook is designed as an offline-first application. We DO NOT collect, store, or transmit your financial transactions, staff payrolls, or personal data to any external third-party servers. All data remains strictly on your local device.
2. Google Drive Backup Integration
If you explicitly choose to use the Cloud Backup feature, the app interacts with your personal Google Drive account via the secure 'appDataFolder' scope. This application only accesses the hidden application data folder created specifically for LedgerBook to upload and download your database backups. We have no access to your personal files, photos, or other documents on Google Drive.
3. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
4. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
