Bio: I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Economics at Monash University (Australia), where I also earned my Ph.D. in 2025. My research sits at the intersection of labour economics, political economy, and technological change. I am interested in how new technologies reshape labour markets, skills, innovation, education, public policy, and social institutions. Methodologically, I specialise in applied econometrics, causal inference, machine learning, AI tools, and text-as-data methods, which I use to study how economic and social change unfolds across workers, firms, communities, and institutions. I am a member of the Social Science Insights from Alternative Data group at SoDa Labs. I am also the founder and co-host of GrowthChat, a podcast where we interview economists and social scientists about their latest research and ideas.
