This Chrome extension ("ACC Workday Submission Tool") is developed and operated by Lecan Solutions Private Limited exclusively for internal recruitment use. This policy explains what data the extension accesses and how it is used.
The extension accesses the following candidate data solely to perform its recruitment workflow:
Email address – selected by the user via right-click on Naukri Resdex
Candidate name – auto-read from the Naukri profile page
Mobile number – entered manually by the recruiter
CV file – uploaded by the recruiter from their local device
Workday Candidate ID (CID) – extracted from Accenture Workday after submission
Job Requisition (JR) number – entered manually by the recruiter
To check for duplicate candidates on Accenture Workday
To submit candidates to the relevant Accenture Job Requisition on Workday
To auto-fill and submit the candidate record on the Lecan Solutions LRM system (lecansolutions.com)
All data operations are performed locally in the recruiter's browser. No candidate data is sent to any third-party server other than Accenture Workday (wd103.myworkday.com) and Lecan Solutions LRM (lecansolutions.com), which are the intended recipients of each submission.
The extension stores only a license key in Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local) for authentication purposes. No candidate personal data is stored persistently by the extension.
Candidate data is submitted directly to Accenture Workday and the Lecan Solutions LRM as part of the normal recruitment workflow. No data is shared with any other third party, analytics service, or advertising network.
This extension is restricted to authorized Lecan Solutions recruiters only, validated via a license key. Unauthorized use is not permitted.
