This Privacy Policy explains how Leap UP: Pixel Jump Game (package name: com.leapup, the "App") handles information and how its data practices depend on the player's age.
The App is provided by Dimitrije Pejkic (ABRAVA STUDIO), Serbia ("we", "us", or "our").
The App is designed for a mixed audience of children and older players, and we follow the Google Play Families Policy.
If you have any questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us at:
Email: info@abravastudio.com
When the App is opened for the first time, the player is asked to enter their age in years and confirm the selected age.
The age is used only on the device to determine which of the following modes applies. The entered age is not stored and is not sent to us or any third party. Only the resulting mode is stored on the device.
The App has two modes:
Child Mode: For players under 16 years of age.
16+ Mode: For players who confirm that they are 16 years of age or older.
Until the age check is completed, the App cannot be played and no third-party services run.
We use the age of 16 as the threshold because the age at which a person can consent to the processing of their personal data varies between countries.
The selected mode is stored locally on the device. To complete the age check again, clear the App's data in your device settings or reinstall the App. Please note that this will also delete your game progress stored on the device.
In Child Mode, the App does not collect personal information from the player and does not send any information off the device.
Specifically, in Child Mode:
No third-party services run, including Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Google Play Games Services.
No advertisements are displayed.
The Android advertising identifier is not collected or transmitted.
The App does not request or use location information.
Game progress and settings are stored locally on the device.
For players who confirm that they are 16 years of age or older, the App uses the following services provided by Google.
Google AdMob is used to display advertisements. The information below is shared with Google, which uses it under its own policies to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud and abuse.
It may process the following information:
Advertising identifiers, including the advertising ID and the app set ID.
IP address, which may be used to estimate the player's general location.
Device and app information.
App performance and diagnostic information, such as app launch time.
Information about ad impressions and interactions.
Advertisements may be personalized where permitted by applicable law and where the required consent has been obtained. Otherwise, non-personalized advertisements are displayed.
Firebase Analytics helps us understand how players use the App so that we can improve it.
It may process the following information:
App usage information, such as first opens, sessions, and engagement time.
Device and app information.
App instance and Firebase installation identifiers.
Approximate location derived from the IP address.
Firebase Analytics does not collect the advertising identifier through the App's Firebase Analytics configuration. The App does not send custom analytics events of its own.
Firebase Crashlytics helps us identify and fix technical problems.
When the App crashes, it may process:
Crash logs and diagnostic information.
Device and operating system information.
A Crashlytics installation identifier.
Firebase Cloud Messaging may be used to send notifications, such as reminders to play and news about new skins.
When Firebase is allowed (see Consent and Privacy Settings), Firebase Cloud Messaging creates a notification token and processes the App version, so that notifications can reach you. Notifications are shown only if you allow them.
On Android versions that require notification permission, the App asks for permission before sending notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Signing in to Google Play Games Services is optional and can be initiated from the Records screen.
If you choose to sign in, the App sends the following game information to Google Play Games:
Your best score.
The final score of each run.
Your unlocked achievements.
This information is linked to your Google Play Games player account.
Google Play Games may display this information alongside your Play Games profile, including your gamer name and avatar, on leaderboards, depending on your Google Play Games settings.
The App stores a local note indicating that you have signed in and attempts to sign you in automatically the next time you play.
The App does not provide its own sign-out button. You can manage your Play Games profile through the Google Play Games app or your Google Account.
Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging operate only when permitted by your consent where consent is required.
If you withdraw consent, Firebase Analytics stops processing new App usage data and the App stops using the notification token. Firebase Crashlytics stops operating from the next time you open the App.
In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent before enabling personalized advertising, analytics, or crash reporting where required by applicable law.
You can review or withdraw your consent choices at any time through:
App Settings → Privacy settings
The availability of particular consent options depends on your location and applicable legal requirements.
In other regions, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging are enabled in 16+ Mode.
You can manage advertising personalization or reset your advertising identifier through your device settings. You can also disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
The App is free to play and is supported by advertisements in 16+ Mode.
Advertisements are provided by Google AdMob and may include:
Banner advertisements: Displayed in the main menu.
Rewarded video advertisements: Offered after the player falls. If the player chooses to watch the video to completion, the same game run continues.
Watching a rewarded video is optional. The App does not require players to watch advertisements to continue playing.
No advertisements are displayed in Child Mode.
The advertising identifier is used only in 16+ Mode and is never collected or transmitted by the App in Child Mode.
The App stores certain information locally on your device to provide its functionality.
This includes:
Game progress, including your best score, coins, skins, and achievements.
Game settings, including sound and music preferences.
Whether you have completed the tutorial.
The selected age-check mode, without storing the entered age.
A local indication that you have signed in to Google Play Games Services, if applicable.
This locally stored information is not accessible to us through our own servers.
The information stored by the App is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings.
The App reads motion sensor data to steer the character during gameplay.
These readings remain on your device. They are not stored by the App or transmitted to us or third parties.
The App uses certain Google services in 16+ Mode. These services process information under their own privacy policies and terms.
For more information, please review the following policies:
Google AdMob: Information about Google's use of partner sites and apps
Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging: Firebase Privacy and Security

We encourage you to review these policies to understand how Google processes information through its services.
The App does not ask players to provide their name, postal address, telephone number, or email address.
The App does not have its own account system.
We do not collect precise location information, and the App does not use artificial intelligence to process your data.
We do not operate our own servers for collecting player information, and we do not sell personal information.
In Child Mode, the App does not send information off the device.
Please note that third-party Google services used in 16+ Mode may process information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information processed by Google services is retained according to the applicable retention settings and policies of those services.
For Firebase Analytics, the following data retention periods are configured in Google Analytics:
Event data: 2 months.
User-level data: 14 months.
These retention periods apply to the data covered by the respective Google Analytics retention settings. Other data processed by Google services may be subject to different retention periods in accordance with Google's applicable policies and settings.
We do not retain personal information longer than necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal requirements and the retention practices of third-party service providers.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
In Child Mode, the App does not send information off the device.
If a child has entered an age of 16 or older, a parent or legal guardian can clear the App's data or reinstall the App to display the age check again. This also deletes the game progress and settings stored locally on the device.
Parents or guardians can also contact us at info@abravastudio.com if they believe that information associated with a child has been processed through the App and would like us to review the situation or delete any information linked to the child that we can identify and are able to delete.
We design the App with the principles of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Google services transmit information encrypted (for example with TLS) and may process it on servers located in countries other than your own, subject to Google's applicable safeguards, terms, and privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, the services we use, or applicable legal requirements.
The current version of this Privacy Policy will be published at the same web address.
Whenever we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of the document.
We encourage players and parents or guardians to review this page periodically.
