For 24 hours, colleagues from universities around the world will gather to share ideas, spark innovation, challenge assumptions, and prove that meaningful improvement can happen at any hour of the day (or night). Whether you're joining from your office, your kitchen table, or a carefully curated Zoom background, we're delighted you'll be part of the conversation.

All you need is curiosity, a reliable internet connection, and perhaps a backup supply of coffee. (maybe patience...as we have never done this before).

Our Conference Tracks are organized around the continuous improvement lifecycle. Lean isn't just about solving problems. It's about building improvements that last, strengthening the community that supports them, leveraging technology to work smarter and create capacity, and making the resulting impact visible so success can be recognized and scaled.
