My work is fueled by ensuring all students have access to all they need, teachers have resources they need and administrators have the vision for creating dynamic learning centers. This people-centered leadership helps others to Build Beyond, never alone.

At the core of Lead Where You Stand is the belief that those of us that are called to lead should do so right where we are in our journey. It dispels the notion of waiting for “the right time, the right place, the right opportunity”. We each have an ethical and moral responsibility to Lead Where You Stand, bringing those around us forward & upward.

Informed Goals include the skills, dispositions, competencies and assets for all students. This way, the daily work is rooted in the future of students.
