Click the Settings icon from the Start Menu.
From the Settings window, click Privacy.
Click Camera in the left panel. Make sure your Camera is turned on.
Click Microphone in the left panel and make sure the option that says “Allow apps to access your microphone.” Make sure the microphone is turned on.
