LCPS SearchAssist
What is it?
This extension helps LCPS students and faculty navigate to important websites faster when searching on the chrome browser. For example, to navigate to LCPS Go, simply type "lcpsgo" into the google address bar and the desired website will appear in a new tab. Click on the video below to learn how to use LCPS SearchAssist.
Installation
FOR NON-CHROMEBOOK USERS (EASIER):
Navigate to the Chrome Web Store at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions and search for "LCPS SearchAssist". Click the "add to chrome" button to install the extension.
Below are the shortcuts that the extension provides. The word to the left of the colon is the SEARCH INPUT and the word to the right of the colon is the SEARCH OUTPUT. It is fine if the input has spaces or symbols in between. For example, "bam" and "B A M" will return the same search output. If you want to search up a phrase and keep it the same, then type "_" (underscore) before it.
