Short Bio

I am a full born Greek (SKG) with 3rd generation roots from Cappadocia, currently living, working and studying in London, UK. I am a huge video games enthusiast and a F1 addict. I love audio production, writing music and designing digital art and logos. Photography and video editing are some of my free time hobbies, while international cuisine and cooking are a must in my every day life. The most important things in my life are my cat Frida, my partner Lila, my family and my guitar collection.  

As a PhD, my research interests lie in Game Theory and Experimental & Behavioural Economics.

ABOUT

My academic journey so far...

In Sep. '22, I joined CITY University London as a Ph.D. candidate in Economics under the supervision of Sotiris Georganas and Claudia Cerrone. My research interests lie in Applied Game Theory, experimental economics and PGT. Doctoral Student Profile

Currently, I am working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, a Quantitative Advisor, and a Research Officer for LSE on Applied Econometrics, Intermediate Micro, Game Theory, Statistics, and R-programming. Previously I held teaching positions at the City, University of London as well. 

In March '23, I qualified for the position of Researcher in an ERC grant project collaborating with Athens University of Economics and Business, working alongside Sotiris Georganas, Alina Velias, and professor Dr. Phoebe Kountouri. 

In Jun. '22, I obtained my 2nd title of Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Economics and Markets, from the University Carlos III of Madrid with a "notable" distinction. 
My thesis explored the relationship between the USA's GSP and conflicts at the state level. It scored first place and was honored (Sobresaliente). My dissertation was supervised by Jan Stuhler.

In Feb. '19, I successfully graduated from the Master of Science (M.Sc.) program in Economic Analysis and Policy from the University of Ioannina with a "cum laude" distinction. 
My graduate thesis employed an augmented gravity model equation to analyze EU trade flows for important commodities (HS 84-89). My supervisor Dimitris Dadakas and I published it in JES, 3 years later.
