Armando and team replaced the sewer line in the cement slab of our garage and renovated our downstairs bathroom from the ground up (literally). All work was done to code, with permits pulled, and inspections passed. The Lazarit quote was detailed and accurate. The work entailed expanding the bathroom, moving gas and water lines, washer/dryer, addition of modern shower, new floor and tile work, new sink and toilet. We are happy with the quality of the work - tile work is immaculate!
