environmental pollution of companies.

· Wrote memos weekly on the cases for the Judge, summarizing the fact and doing

jurisprudential research on possible binding and non-binding precedents.

· Attended trials during which I assisted and wrote down the confidential notes and reflections

that the Judge communicated to me.

Specialization in Commercial Law

My degree thesis in Corporate Law is based on the study of corporate opportunities in common law systems, with the intention of investigating assonances and divergences within the Italian legal system.

Since the commercial law reform of 2003, only one judgment dealing with the said issue could be found, with the inauspicious outcome of the failure to impose an appropriate sanction.

The purpose of the paper was to revitalize Art. 2391 co.5 c.c. so that the majority of practitioners in cases that would constitute corporate opportunities instead defer to disciplines and solutions "of convenience."

The corporate opportunity doctrine, therefore, stands as a palliative to prevent unfaithful conduct, but at the same time considers a delicate balance between the protection of the social good and the protection of constitutionally protected freedom of economic initiative. It aspires to prevent undue appropriation and to provide adequate tools that limit potential healthy competition.

VOLUNTEERING EXPERIENCE

Since I was young I have always been involved in activities with two associations.

I collaborated with AIRC (Italian Association to Research against Cancer) for the last ten years.

and I am involved in ADSI (Italian Association of Historic Heritage) to preserve and protect our historical and artistic private heritage.
