As a former Native English teacher in Daegu, South Korea and an undergraduate study abroad participant in Aix-en-Provence, France and Tokyo, Japan, I experienced generous hospitality from my host family, educators, co-workers, friends, and strangers alike. Tying my passion for education and intercultural learning, I am focusing on developing a career in international education that will allow me to give back to international students in the U.S., promote opportunities for global education for domestic students at home and abroad, and foster intercultural communication understanding in today's students.
