I am currently an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Alberta and a Research Fellow at the Center for Indian Country Development (CICD) at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. I hold a PhD and an MA in economics, an MSc in economics for development, and a BA in political science.

I am an economist whose main research interests are in development economics and labor economics. My current research agenda focuses on Indigenous economic development, wealth and income disparities, and labor markets in low-income countries.
