Meet the Founder
LaTonya Davis (she/iye) is a Christian who grew up in Houston, Texas. She is a Natural Hair Expert, Autism Mother and Ai Specialist. She delivers powerful keynote speaking and innovative learning and development unlocking the pathways in identity, career and entrepreneurship for Black women of all ages and stages. Naturalista Ai is a powerful method for to transform hair, wellness, leadership and digital entrepreneurship.
LaTonya's experience with hardships from being a unhoused and job searching to being a single mom and microaggressions-all helped her to design solutions that work for Black women and Naturalistas.
LaTonya has held past positions as Global Head of DEI of Amazon Prime and Amazon Marketing, K-12 leader, Board Member of Texas Autism Society. She is published author and her favorite awards are Civic Educator of the Year and Outstanding Woman in Law Award.
LaTonya is committed to reshaping the future of work, Ai, business, and the way we learn.
She enjoys comedy, swimming and popcorn.
