Our vice-chair Dr. Martin Estermann, Postdoctoral Fellow at NIEHS/NIH in North Carolina, USA, will participate as an invited speaker.

He will also host a short session to introduce LatinXinDB, share our mission and activities, and connect with members of the developmental biology community. Join us to learn more about our organization, meet fellow researchers, and help strengthen our community!

LatinX in DB is happy to announce that we will be organizing a breakfast with the invited speaker Dr. Maria Elena Torres Padilla, followed by a roundtable discussion on the opportunities and challenges of pursuing postgraduate training abroad.  

These activities will take place during the XIV Congreso Nacional y II Congreso Internacional de Biología del Desarrollo, held in Juriquilla, Querétaro, México from September 2-5 2026.
