This screenshot shows transports page from Kraken IM gateway plugin for Openfire. It is not supported anymore, but you can still use it. If you enable transports in there (like gtalk, yahoo), then it should start showing according icons in the Spark. And then you should be able to login to those networks in Spark.

But today, when I checked on my mail account I have noticed an offline message from one of my friends. The message was 4 dais old. The strange thing is that in all these days I did opened my Pidgin app, so I should receive that offline message till now. Strangely, I didn't. Furthermore, when I checked my friend's conversation log file in Pidgin, there was no trace of his words! So, the only logical conclusion is that, somehow, and for reasons that are beyond my understanding, my Pidgin account did not "pulled out" the offline messages from gtalk. Sort to speak, they did not synchronized.

Yes I have 1.8.3 version and I tried dial plans from examples listed there on this forume and howtos on line.

Normal sip line requires registration in sip.conf and entry. Google voice uses jabber.conf and gtalk.conf but when I added that to extensions.conf asterisk does not show anything in activity monitor when I call google voice number and asterisk does not pickup the line. I hope someone can help me solve this

I wonder if anyone knows how to setup google voice to make it belive that is in us. it seems that google voice belives that I am outside of U.S. and it will not let me make calls. When i use gtalk i have select location to us before I can make calls. I wonder if anyone knows what settings I need to change to get google voice to be set to U.S. 0852c4b9a8
