1987-1994: Began real estate work, renovating townhouses in Brooklyn.
1995: Founded ELH Mgmt. LLC, selected for NYC’s Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Program (NEP).
1998: Appointed as a 7A Administrator to manage hazardous buildings.
2003: Established ELH Construction to oversee affordable housing rehabilitation.
2006-2019: Led major projects including The Imperial Apartments, Coney Island Commons, Stanley Commons, and 816 Washington.
