La Piana Affittacamere è una piccola struttura al centro di Camerano nella Riviera del Conero da poco ristrutturata completamente con soluzioni antisismiche ed è composta da due ampie camere indipendenti con bagno e zona soggiorno, una al piano terra e l' altra al piano primo.
Il proprietario, Stefano, abita all’ ultimo piano della struttura ed è a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza.
La camera al piano terra può ospitare 4 persone, 2 nel letto matrimoniale e 2 nel divano letto matrimoniale largo 140 cm.
La camera al piano primo può ospitare 3 persone, 2 nel letto matrimoniale e 1 nel divano letto matrimoniale largo 140 cm.
Ogni camera ha accesso al giardino in comune dove sono disponibili tavoli, seggiole e salottino per potervi consumare colazioni, pasti o aperitivi.
In ogni camera sono disponibili aria condizionata, connessione ad internet wifi, 2 TV con Amazon Prime Video, tavolo e seggiole, frigorifero con congelatore, microonde, macchina per caffè/cappuccino/the, tostapane, piatti, bicchieri, tazze, posate, tovaglia, biancheria da letto e da bagno, lavatrice e stendipanni.
Il piano cottura non è disponibile.
Alimenti e bevande non vengono forniti.
Non è possibile accettare animali.
La Piana Affittacamere is a small structure in the center of Camerano on the Conero Riviera, recently completely renovated with anti-seismic solutions and is made up of two large independent rooms with bathroom and living area, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
The owner, Stefano, lives on the top floor of the structure and is at your disposal for any need.
The room on the ground floor can accommodate 4 people, 2 in the double bed and 2 in the 140 cm wide double sofa bed.
The room on the first floor can accommodate 3 people, 2 in the double bed and 1 in the 140 cm wide double sofa bed.
Each room has access to the shared garden where tables, chairs and a sitting area are available to enjoy breakfasts, meals or aperitifs.
In each room there is air conditioning, wifi internet connection, 2 TVs with Amazon Prime Video, table and chairs, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee/cappuccino/tea machine, toaster, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, tablecloth, bed linen and towels, washing machine and clothesline.
The hob is not available.
Food and drinks are not provided.
It is not possible to accept animals.
LA PRENOTAZIONE MINIMA E' DI 2 NOTTI E MASSIMA DI 30 NOTTI.

I prezzi indicati sono per 1 o 2 persone, ogni persona aggiuntiva con più di 3 anni d' età comporta un incremento del prezzo del 22% e COMPRENDONO la biancheria da letto e da bagno (con servizio di cambio settimanale), le spese per il consumo di acqua, corrente elettrica, aria condizionata e la connessione ad internet tramite collegamento wi-fi.
I prezzi NON COMPRENDONO le pulizie (50 euro a soggiorno) che vengono effettuate ad ogni cambio clienti e comunque una volta la settimana e l' imposta di soggiorno (1 euro a persona a notte per massimo 10 notti, i minori fino a 11 anni d' età non pagano l' imposta), questi costi vanno pagati in contanti al check-in.

The prices indicated are for 1 or 2 people, each additional person over 3 years of age involves a price increase of 22% and INCLUDE bed linen and towels (with weekly change service), expenses for the consumption of water, electricity, air conditioning and internet connection via wi-fi connection.
Prices DO NOT INCLUDE cleaning (50 euros per stay) which is carried out at every change of customer and in any case once a week and the tourist tax (1 euro per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights, minors up to 11 years of age age do not pay the tax), these costs must be paid in cash at check-in.
