Sometimes, the keyboards that come pre-installed on our mobile devices don't offer the option to write text in other languages or to switch between languages. Fortunately, there are apps like Language Enabler Android, which features a large number of alternative writing methods that enable us to write in any language on an Android smartphone or tablet.

Language Enabler Android is a tool for Android devices that can be used to change the language of our phone's keyboard at the tap of a button. It is very easy to use, though it does require a root.

To modify the keyboard language, all we have to do is choose one of the languages in the endless list in the main menu. The selection is very wide and includes most of the world's languages. Once we have located the language we want, the only thing left to do is to tap the orange button on our pre-rooted device.

Language Enabler activates all supported Samsung phone languages along with all keyboard inputs. This way you can interact with your Android device in your native language easily but you need to have a phone with Android 8 or above.

The first possibility requires a complete change of the system by installing a new ROM that supports your local language and this is risky and requires technical knowledge, so it is best to leave it to a professional.

In the case of the second possibility which was particularly observed in Samsung, Sony and HTC devices. it is possible to use this app or a similar app such as MoreLocale 2 to reactivate your local language.

Although the interface of Language Enabler suggests to the user at the first glance that the process of restoring the hidden language is easy and can be done with a push of a button, the difficulty arises from the fact that the app requires special permissions to do its job, so obtaining root privileges on the device is essential for the app to show the hidden languages. If you are unable to get root permissions on the device, there is still an option to use Android development tools (adb) to give the app the required permissions.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, which isn't exactly the most high-end Android/Samsung Smartphone out there, I do not have a lot of features that other people have, and I was simply wondering if there is any way to change the system language to Japanese. When I go into Settings > Language and input > Language, I only have the options shown in this image:

Adding a full language support for a device is done at ROM level, the langauges that the default keyboard will support are added before compiliation and the android keyboard will only give you the option to download dictionaries for the languages it supports..

Polymers are a vital part of everyday life. Their chemical universe is so large that it presents unprecedented opportunities as well as significant challenges to identify suitable application-specific candidates. We present a complete end-to-end machine-driven polymer informatics pipeline that can search this space for suitable candidates at unprecedented speed and accuracy. This pipeline includes a polymer chemical fingerprinting capability called polyBERT (inspired by Natural Language Processing concepts), and a multitask learning approach that maps the polyBERT fingerprints to a host of properties. polyBERT is a chemical linguist that treats the chemical structure of polymers as a chemical language. The present approach outstrips the best presently available concepts for polymer property prediction based on handcrafted fingerprint schemes in speed by two orders of magnitude while preserving accuracy, thus making it a strong candidate for deployment in scalable architectures including cloud infrastructures.

This work has several critical ingredients. First, we generate a data set of 100 million hypothetical polymers by enumeratively combining chemical fragments extracted from a list of more than 13 000 synthesized polymers. Next, we train polyBERT, a DeBERTa39-based encoder-only Transformer, using this hypothetical polymer data set to become a polymer chemical linguist. During training, polyBERT learns to translate input PSMILES strings to numerical representations that we use as polymer fingerprints. Finally, we map the polyBERT fingerprints to about 3 dozen polymer properties using our multitask ML framework to yield fully machine-driven ultrafast polymer property predictors. For benchmarking, the performance (both accuracy and speed) of this new end-to-end property prediction pipeline is compared with the state-of-the-art handcrafted Polymer Genome8 (PG) fingerprint based pipeline pioneered previously. Using the ultrafast polyBERT polymer informatics pipeline, we are in a position to predict the properties of the 100 million hypothetical polymers intending to find property boundaries of the polymer universe. This work contributes to expediting the discovery, design, development, and deployment of polymers by harnessing the true power of language, data, and artificial intelligence models.

Here, we show a generalizable, ultrafast, and accurate polymer informatics pipeline that is seamlessly scalable on cloud hardware and suitable for high-throughput screening of huge polymer spaces. polyBERT, which is a Transformer-based NLP model modified for the polymer chemical language, is the critical element of our pipeline. After training on 100 million hypothetical polymers, the polyBERT-based informatics pipeline arrives at a representation of polymers and predicts polymer properties over two orders of magnitude faster but at the same accuracy as the best pipeline based on handcrafted PG fingerprints.

Agile Teams automate acceptance tests wherever possible, often in business-readable, domain-specific language. Automation creates an executable specification to validate and verify the solution. Automation also provides the ability to quickly regression-test the system, enhancing Continuous Integration, refactoring, and maintenance.

According to its definition, a Battle Management Language (BML) is an unambiguous language used to command and control forces and equipment conducting military operations and to provide for situational awareness and a shared, common operational picture. In this paper, we will argue that the use of a BML enables military units to utilize state-of-the-art IT techniques for today's operations. In particular, we will discuss the benefits of using BML for military communications in multinational endeavors, for the use of simulation systems in staff training, for decision support, and for automatic information fusion.
