The Poetry of Langston Hughes

Poet James Mercer Langston Hughes was born in Joplin, Missouri in 1902 and was one of the great writers during the Twentieth century, especially during the Harlem Renaissance of the 1920's. Better known as Langston Hughes, he knew of the struggles of working class Americans and of the racism that was prevalent in the US, and used them for topics of many of his poems and other writings.

However, the American public may never hear about him or read any of his great works such as "Let America Be America Again"! Your help is desperately needed! His publicist is missing and has locked all of Hughes' writings in an indestructible safe. Unless you can crack the 5 codes and unlock the safe containing all of his poems and novels, no one will ever be able to enjoy the literary genius of Langston Hughes, a voice for many "voiceless" Americans.
