AIMS OF AVISHKAR SOCIETY TRANSFORMATION PROJECT
Professional lansdscape artists will be engaged and landscape contractor will be engaged to transform the place
Note the project aims to attend following issue:
* Reduce or eliminate heat island effect
* Increase green cover of the society (increase no of trees)
* Reduce or eliminate water logging and prevent wastage of rain water by implementing rain water harvesting system
* Provide facility to provide water and food birds & animals dependent on us
* Provide entry gate
* Beautify the locality
* Reduce vehicle parking woes
* Provide facilities for elderly to sit together comfortably
* Provide elements to be able to hold events
* Drastically improve cleanliness infrastructure
* Reduce dusting
* Provide beautiful surronding by: adding vow factors, good looking signage, provide ambience light, provide street art features, provide LED light grid
* Hydrojetting will be introduced to substantially increase cleanliness of the street
* Possible: The front surface in the lanes will be treated to remove surface defect and covered with suitable treatment materials, where possible.
Where possible the overhead cables will be undergrounded
The main benefit will be: Substantial increase in value of houses in Avishkar Society, Drastic Improvement in Asthetetics and comfort.
Note: We will have to tolerate leaves falling. We will have to arrange for regular pick up of leaves
BELOW IS THE PROPOSAL MADE BY PARTH SHAH & ASSOCIATES WHICH ARE COMMENTED BY MYSELF. ADDITIONAL PRESENTATION IS ALSO PREPARED FROM MYSIDE TO SUBSTANTIALLY IMPROVE THE PROPOSAL.
Note : 2 professional landscape architects are engaged to peer review work carried out by Parth Shah & Associates to ensure that a good concept is developed.
