Text Prompts and Design Ideas: When you use the AI generation features in our App, we collect the text inputs, style selections, and design ideas ("Prompts") you type or select within the App. This data is collected directly when you interact with the generation interface.
Customer Support Inquiries: If you contact us via email, we collect your email address and any information you provide in your message to assist you.
Data Collected Automatically:
Device and Usage Data: We may collect non-personally identifiable information automatically, such as your device type, operating system version, and general usage statistics (e.g., which styles are most popular) to improve the performance of our App.
We use the data we collect strictly for the following purposes:
To generate the landscape and exterior design images you request.
To improve the quality, functionality, and user experience of the App.
To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
We do not sell your personal data. Your Prompts are used exclusively to fulfill your immediate request to generate an image.
To provide you with high-quality AI-generated landscape designs, the App relies on industry-leading third-party Artificial Intelligence service providers. We will always ask for your explicit in-app permission before transmitting any of your Prompts to these third parties.
Who Your Data is Sent To: If you grant permission, the text Prompts you enter into the App are securely transmitted to the following third-party AI service providers:
OpenAI, LLC: We use OpenAI's API to enhance and format your text prompts into highly detailed architectural descriptions.
Replicate, Inc. (and its model providers): We use Replicate's API to render the actual visual image based on the enhanced prompt.
What Data is Sent:
Only the text Prompts, keywords, and style choices you input into the App are sent to these providers.
We do NOT share your name, email address, device ID, location, or any other identifying personal information with these AI providers.
Third-Party Data Protection Guarantee: We require that any third-party service provider we share data with provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions between the App and our third-party providers (OpenAI and Replicate) are encrypted using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
We retain your usage data and Prompts only for as long as is necessary to provide you with the App's services and for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes). Images generated by the App are saved locally on your device unless you choose to export them. We do not store a permanent remote gallery of your generated images on our servers.
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, if required by law, by providing an in-app notice. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
