Welcome to RentFix. This Privacy Policy applies to the "RentFix: Landlord Manager" mobile application (the "App") developed by wasmy learn apps. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your property management journey remains completely confidential.

1. Information We Do Not Collect (Your Property Data)
RentFix is designed as a privacy-first, 100% offline application.

• Your Data: We do NOT collect, transmit, or store any information regarding your properties, tenant names, phone numbers, or maintenance tickets.

• Local Storage: All your data is saved locally on your device's internal storage using Hive databases. We have absolutely no access to your personal data or property records. If you delete the App, all your data is permanently erased from your device.

2. Information Automatically Collected (Third-Party Services)
While your property and tenant data is strictly local, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, specifically for advertising purposes.

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect and use data such as your IP address, device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), and usage data to provide ads.

3. Children’s Privacy
RentFix is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
