A registration fee of 3,000 CNY or 400 USD (payable in cash on-site only) covers conference materials, meals, and excursions.

The invited international delegates will be eligible for financial support through the Chinese Ministry of Education's 111 Project. Travel expenses may be supported. For detailed, pls contact the Chair, Prof. Jia Hong Pan.

For any of your reimbursements, please keep in mind to retain and submit the following documents:

1. A copy of your flight E-ticket, and proof of purchase, i.e. credit card payment history.

2. Your boarding passes (the original copy for your arrival flight and a scanned copy for your departure flight. Both for showing the full journey same as your E-ticket).

3. A copy of your passport information page, and copies of your entry and exit immigration stamps in your passport.
