Welcome to the LAMBDA Group. Based in the Department of Physics at NEHU Shillong, we are a team of passionate researchers dedicated to the exploration of experimental condensed matter physics. Our research delves into the complex interplay between lattice structures, electric fields, magnetic fields, heat, and light, unraveling the intricate behaviors of various materials. We focus on a broad range of topics, including magnetoelectric, multiferroic materials, oxide electronics, neuromorphic and memristive devices. Our investigations also cover magnetization, ion transport, spin-wave dynamics in solid states, materials with ferroic order and temporal radon concentration in soil. At LAMBDA, we are committed to advancing the frontiers of material science through innovative research and exploration.
